New Mentor Training Course (NMTC 26-01)

Date: January 17, 2026
Time: 9 AM – 1 PM
Format: Hybrid (Virtual + In-Person)
Who: All new mentors
Start the year strong.

This training gives every new mentor the foundation they need to lead with confidence and consistency.

They will learn:

• How to set expectations, boundaries, and structure

• How to use the SHIELDS values in every session

• How to build trust with a young man from day one

• They will also cover:

• Communication essentials

• How to handle challenges

• Best practices for weekly check-ins
